Mechanical Shearing Machine

Working Principle
The working principle of the mechanical shearing machine: The motor 5 drives the flywheel shaft through the belt 6, and then drives the eccentric shaft through the clutch 7 and the gear reduction system 4, and then drives the upper tool holder 2 through the connecting rod to make it reciprocate up and down for shearing jobs. The cam at the left end of the eccentric drives the plunger of the press oil tank 3 to return the pressure to the press foot 9 and press the sheet before cutting. When returning, the presser foot is returned by spring force.
Maintenance
Maintenance method of mechanical shearing machine
1. Operate strictly in accordance with the operating procedures.
2. Add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the lubrication chart every time before starting the machine. The oil should be clean and free of precipitation.
3. The machine tool must always be kept clean, and the unpainted part must be anti-rust grease.
4. The lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical part should be regularly checked for normal, safe and reliable operation.
5. Regularly check whether the V-belt, handles, knobs, buttons are damaged, and those with serious wear should be replaced in time, and the spare parts should be reported for supplement.
6. Regularly check and repair switches, insurances, and handles to ensure reliable operation.
7. Lubricate and scrub the machine tool 10 minutes before leaving get off work every day.
8. It is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment by non-designated personnel, and it must be stopped by people off the machine.
