OEM Electronic Manufacturing Service Process

1. Electronics and product design

Electronic design involves open communication between customers and manufacturers. Most of the time, the manufacturer will ask the client/customer for a concept and they will solve the problem. Recommendations and specifications need to be repeated several times before the final design is created. Tecoo has professional graphic designers, we will create product layout designs or 3D models according to customer requirements, so as to achieve more efficient communication.

2. Sample production

Once the product design is confirmed, the sample proofing stage will be carried out. The main goal is to make product samples at the end of the production line, so that the samples can be used for subsequent mass production without any problems. This minimizes risk and avoids wasting time and money. The sample should be a perfect replica of the design template, including specifications and details.

3. Product testing

A sample that is a replica of the product will be tested multiple times in its various aspects. The goal is to ensure that the full functionality of the product complies with safety precautions and quality standards and also meets the needs of the customer. （Tecoo has laboratories dedicated to product testing and failure investigation.）

Testing procedures include optical inspection, environmental testing, functional testing, in-circuit testing, X-ray testing, and more, depending on the nature of the product. All of these testing procedures are performed on the product as part of a quality control program and ensure it is in optimal condition for mass production.

4. Mass production

If there is no problem with proofing and product testing, and the customer has confirmed it, we can start mass production.
