Diamond segment for granite cutting
We are an experienced supplier on arrayed diamond segment for granite cutting, rather than conventional stone segments. Our type of arrayed diamond segment absorb the advantages of conventional segments, furthermore, it has its own strong points. The diamond particles in this similar Arix diamond segments are arranged very regularly in the working layers, i.e. Diamond grits in each working layers are arranged by matrix and each working layers' particles are on the same level. So the quality of this advanced cutting segment will be very stable.
These two characters above make it possible to create a thinner working layer and higher cutting productivity. The thickness of working layers in conventional granite segment is approx 1.0mm, while the arrayed diamond segment for granite cutting can be 0.5-0.6mm. So the diamond segments will be very sharp.
